AgriEnvironmental Risk Assessments

These Assessments are now REQUIRED for all farm operation with annual net sales over $1 million in the previous three years.

Eligible farm operations need to file ONE of the following approved assessments in order to obtain their matching deposit.

Our office recommends completing the Environmental Farm Plan.

June 30, 2026 is the inital deadline to file your AgrInvest without penalties

September 30, 2026 is the final deadline to file your AgrInvest  but with penalties.
